The Judicial Management module provided by Academe Solutions, allows for the input and reporting of incidents involving students. Information that can be recorded about the incident includes:- General information on the incident like: who, what, where and when.
- Comments on the incident itself which are student viewable.
- Comments on the incident that are only viewable by administrators.
- When communications are sent out.
- Details from a potential hearing.
- The ruling from the hearing.
- Details on an appeal.
In addition to incidents, the judicial management module allows folks to enter infractions in accordance to the Clery Act, from which reports can be generated.
